Are You Concerned About Your Blood Pressure?

Did you know blood pressure medications are bad for your heart?

What really is a high blood pressure?

Why did a normal blood pressure recently become too high? (Hint: ask the drug maketers.)

I found this article a month ago in Well Being Journal and came across it again on the internet, so I am adding it here to help you understand the purpose of blood pressure and what actually happens when it is manipulated by a chemical instead of your body's innate intelligence.

Take a look at Shane Ellison's article here and be sure to visit his blog.

Lack of Answers Leads to Early Death
Massive health confusion is not inexplicable. We are not taught about it in school. Instead, vaccines are forced upon us. We are not taught about it by our doctors. Instead, drugs are pushed upon us. And we are not taught about health by governments. Instead, drug discounts are handed to us. This lack of health education comes at a cost. That cost is a tremendous amount of mental and physical resources due to unnecessary illness. CLICK HERE FOR MORE.

Vaccinated or Not Vaccinated....Who Is Healthier?

Watch this video from It is about a chiropractor and nurse married with kids. Find out what they have observed in both the natural world and the medicalized world. CLICK HERE

The FDA states that 90% of all vaccine injuries are unrecorded.

Chiropractors have no financial stake in vaccines.
But they have a stake in health freedom for themselves, their families, and their practice members.

This chiropractor discovered there is plenty of peer reviewed articles in the medical literature that refute the benefits of vaccines. It's just making it to the mainstream media. CLICK HERE

The Flu: Overblown Again

Here we are with stories in the news about the a new flu strain that the vaccine-machine missed during their predictions. Really?

I don't think it is any coincidence that it happened around Valentine's Day while we are overeating chocolates and other sweets. Since sugar weakens the immune system and we start celebrating a week early so it is no surprise that a few days after Valentine's Day everyone is achy and coughing and miserable.

Not everyone is sick right now. Most people go through the entire winter season without "catching" the flu.

Just remember your immune system determines how well you bounce back from an episode.

And thank the fever for helping you.
Thank the aches that keep you home so you can really get the rest you need.
Thank the cough for preventing pathogens from lodging in your lungs.
Thank your stomach upset for not allowing pathogens to enter the bloodstream.

When Medicine is Unscientific

When swallowing a pill seems to be more efficient than changing one's lifestyle, convenience wins over common sense. I'm not impressed when pain and suffering are thriving in our culture of misguided instant gratification.

It is often said chiropractic is not scientific, which is absolutely untrue. But the rumors are all over the place. I attribute this to chiropractic not being understood. Most people still think chiropractic is a mechanical aspirin. And when the insurance companies see it that way, there is a huge population of insurance customers who are denying themselves the exciting benefits of chiropractic.

It is said only 10% of the public uses chiropractic care, although I have seen some statistics as high as 12 or 14%. I can proudly say anyone who is a regular practice member (not patient) under chiropractic care, they have above average intelligence. Congratulations! Your really stand out in the crowd.

The problem I see is people are not making authentic informed choices because it is so time consuming to collect all the necessary information so you can make an educated decision. That's why we put our trust in professionals.

Now is the time to raise an eyebrow when medical profesisonals are bravely standing up and calling attention to their peers who are leading the public astray.

You can read this blog written by Micheal R. Eades, MD who picks apart an article in Obesity that wrongly promotes low fat dieting.

Back in 1991 it was reported in the British Medical Journal that only 15% of medicine was based on sound science and it may seem that number is probably too high.

What else can you do when a medical organization admits medical care is the number one cause of death in America and admonishes other medical professionals to wise up? Read one of my old posts here.

I also stumbled across another post: At War with Lipitor.

I don't want to bash another profession especially when their own members are doing a nice job.

It is important that people make the best health care decisions they can. But I see more people basing their decisions on what insurance will cover, or what will get them back to work sooner. When swallowing a pill seems to be more efficient than changing one's lifestyle, convenience wins over common sense. I'm not impressed when pain and suffering are thriving in our culture of misguided instant gratification.

Health care is about self care, not the latest laser giszmo, chemical meal replacement or stainless steel body part.

Chiropractic is about self-care. Caring enough about yourself to do what it takes to enhance your life so you can be more alive.
