My Tools - Your Tools

As a practice member, you are part of an elite group.  And, yes, that means a lot of people look up to you.  Don't let that added pressure make you nervous.

Why are you in a special group?  Because you have learned somewhere along your path that there is no life without your innate energy flowing along your nervous system to reach each organ, cell, and tissue. 

You are here to keep your brain/body connection in it's best possible state. 

It is an ongoing job because life is busy and the body is always responding to the environment.  

But we have excellent tools to keep it manageable and easy.

I have tools and you have tools:

1- I have my hands that deliver the adjustments to your spine.
2- I have the membership program so you can efficiently receive your maintenance adjustment weekly or more often as needed. 

Your tools: 

Since you want your adjustment to have a powerful effect on your health, your organs and tissues must be able to receive the nerve energy we unleash with the adjustment.  How do you maintain your tissues?  With nutrient energy from whole food concentrates.

You have the ability to impact your own diet:
         3- Balance your Macro/Micro-Nutrients for optimum health
                 The Macro      (my fave is
                  10% Carbs (Veggies and Fruit)

                  60% Fat (healthy fat course, a must for nerve tissue and                                  brain protection, etc)

Hey, Men! Is the American Heart Association Giving You Low - T ?

Not to pick on men, but I'm pretty sure guys might listen more to topics on testosterone rather then heart health. 

But heart disease is a big problem, and low-T is a hidden partner in crime. 

So, just to let you know, the American Heart Association wants, you guys, to eat less fat, use seed oils,  and eat more whole grains.  

What does that mean?  If you look at Chapter 8 of The Deflame Diet, by David Seaman, DC, MS, it will explain why Low-T is associated with autoimmune diseases and a pro-inflammatory state.

Three culprits cause dietary induced inflammation: grains (refined and whole grains), seed oils, and sugar. 

What does this have to do with brain-based chiropractic?
We want the chiropractic adjustment to send nerve energy to thriving tissues.  Can your organs, blood, cells, etc., receive the adjustment and use it?

Let's perk up your body's soft tissues with good nutrition.  Inflammation is a big battle.  The adjustment helps reduce inflammation, but a poor diet is like pouring constant poison into a river.  

Would you throw money on the ground?
Of course, you wouldn't do that.  So we don't want to waste an adjustment either. Your adjustment is like money.  Let's get the biggest bang for your buck that you can.
