We don't plan for sickness. Who ever says, I am going to have a chronic disease that slows me down and possibly kills me? But we all too often know someone who dies prematurely.
Can we change our overall health picture and reverse a chronic trend?
Where were you 10 years ago.....watch out.....time flies so quickly. Ten years will be gone again before you know it.
