Vitamin D Needs Magnesium

Taking Vitamin D is futile without Magnesium.

When you take Vitamin D but do not have enough Magnesium, you will increase the Magnesium deficiency.

Taking Vitamin D does not raise Vitamin D levels when Magnesium deficiency is present.
