How do you know you are too toxic to exercise?
1. You don't exercise.
2. You don't like to exercise.
3. You only walk for exercise.
4. You only use a treadmill or climber for 30-60 minutes.
5. You haven't changed up your exercise routine in six months.
6. You don't ramp up your exercise routine.
If you answered "YES" to any of the above, you are toxic and unable to move your body effectively.

When you are toxic you are unable to release toxins from your body and you are also deficient in nutrients
that energize your body as well as cleanse the body.
