Chemical / deficiencies-intoxication

[ ] poor diet (usually too many carbs, not enough protein, too many processed foods)
[ ] relying on food for nutrients/ not taking supplements
[ ] taking ineffective supplements
[ ] medications causing deficiencies
[ ] too much caffeine
[ ] too much sugar
[ ] artificial sugar use
[ ] nicotine
[ ] too much alcohol
[ ] illegal drugs
[ ] poor detoxing due to weak immune system, body unable to naturally cleanse


Mechanical
[ ] poor balance
[ ] under conditioned muscles
[ ] being overweight
[ ] lack of sleep
