New Year...New Start...

Welcome to 2008. We are blessed to have another great time ahead of us. This is an opportunity to dive in and see what it is like to experience advanced living.

My new years resolution is to introduce an inspiring program to keep us focused on thinking better to feel better. I wrote about it in my monthly Citizen article that was published today. I am adding the link here so you have it at your fingertips.

The 100 Year Lifestyle Book Club is beginning this month. I urge you all to get the book and keep it as your Art of Aging Guidebook. Read more about it.

The 4x4 Success Systems Seminar begins this month also. If you didn't get the Jan. calendar, ask me to send you one.

Sleeping Giants / Sleeping Beauties has expanded. For those of you already "awake," Leaders Are Healthy, Followers Are Sick is taking off on the podcast.

Don't forget your weekly adjustment. Often people tell me they are feeling great, but don't rely on your feelings. If you aren't growing and expanding your horizons you are stuck. The nervous system does get stuck in habits that are not noticeable. Even a hamster running on his exercise wheel stops improving. The adjustment moves the joint past its physiological barrier and that is the only way to incite change. Without the adjustment, we tend to move backwards because we are continually under stress that weakens us. Most other "therapies" just maintain you. In other words, keep you stuck with no improvement.

So, see you at the table...the adjusting table.
Dr. Lisa
