Who Gets It, Who Doesn't: Living with Health Freedom

I can always tell who gets adjusted and who doesn't get adjusted. I can tell by looking at them and talking to them. The group that doesn't get adjusted somehow thinks time is on their side. The folks who get adjusted don't care to gamble like that.

Most of my practice members know that it takes less than 48 hours for calcium deposits to form when their joints are mechanically disrupted (usually from an injury, but also from nutritional problems or emotional overload that causes hormonal (like cortisol) upset. This is a sign of joint vulnerability.

It only takes 14 days for nerve damage to be irreversible and permanent. How many nerves do we want to sacrifice?

It takes 1-3 years for ligaments to heal. That's a long to time to let more misalignment and injuries to occur because ligaments remain unstable.

I met someone recently who gets adjusted once a month. I told her about these
numbers, she said she didn't know these facts. She gets adjusted more often now.

"Once a week to stay at your peak."
Peak performance takes consistency.

See you at the table...the adjusting table.
