I had no power in the office this morning.  I had a little bit of reserve left in batteries for my internet hot spot and lap top.  Soon, they would be useless to me.

Brain Snob Episode 11: Ask the Right Questions, Please

What do I do for _______?  This is a question that doesn't get you to a full solution.  There is no one-step answer.  I'd love every issue to be simple to solve, but we are complicated beings. 

If you recall one of those words I dislike is "cure."  There is no cure.  One size does not fit all and that's why we can't come up with a single cure for any health problem.  

Each human is different in his or her tissue reserve and resilience.  If you are highly inflamed you will have less success with the healing process.  

Your level of stress impacts how well you heal.  That's why we have to back track in our thinking to lay out on the table all the reasons that our nervous system can't keep up.  This makes us rethink our life style to we can make changes that help the healing process.  

We are better off when we focus on the interference that slows us down and blocks the normal, stabilizing function.  Usually this interference is an on-going issue, hence, it is life style related.
