- Our goal is extreme energy and healed organs, not weight loss. Weight loss is a side effect.
- Stubborn body fat is a sign of nutrient deficiencies. Stressed organs do not retain nutrients (Neuro-digestive stress test).
- Stubborn weight gain is a sign of improper nutrient intake or “competitive intake.” (Medications, e.g. for pain, block nutrient uptake.)
- No calorie
counting. Counting calories harms
muscle. This harms the body because
muscles regulate health. We never fast.
- Calorie counting is
now called: Diet Damage.
- You must burn fat at
rest, so lean muscles are necessary.
- We never use the
scale.
- You need a constant
amino acid supply in the blood, so protein is required at every meal.
- Recent blood work is a
plus because we can track “pain markers.”
