  • Our goal is extreme energy and healed organs, not weight loss.  Weight loss is a side effect. 
  •  Stubborn body fat is a sign of nutrient deficiencies.  Stressed organs do not retain nutrients (Neuro-digestive stress test). 
  • Stubborn weight gain is a sign of improper nutrient intake or “competitive intake.” (Medications, e.g. for pain, block nutrient uptake.)
  • No calorie counting.  Counting calories harms muscle.  This harms the body because muscles regulate health. We never fast.
  • Calorie counting is now called: Diet Damage.
  • You must burn fat at rest, so lean muscles are necessary.
  • We never use the scale.
  • You need a constant amino acid supply in the blood, so protein is required at every meal.
  • Recent blood work is a plus because we can track “pain markers.”
