I am going to sound cold and heartless, but what's the big deal about your problem? I truly am not trying to sound cold and heartless but a lot of turmoil can be prevented if we ask ourselves a simple question: How do you feel about yourself because ______ is happening? Do you feel defeated and rejected or do you feel ready to understand your situation so you are moved to dissecting it in order to weigh your options? Let's explore how we label ourselves.
